Our die-cut lids are made of high quality aluminium foil with a thickness of 0.02 to 0.050 mm, and are coated with various sealing lacquers or sealing film to guarantee optimal and hermetic sealing on to polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS) and polyethylene thermoformed or injected containers.

If you have a need for specially-shaped foil lids, we can also develop new dies and particular die-cut lidding solutions to suit your existing form-fill-seal packaging machines while enhancing your production and packaging efficiency. Furthermore, our aluminum lidding foil can be provided with or without printing. The printed lidding foil with LOGOs and patterns is customizable with up to 8 colors, and the unprinted lidding foil is offered in original color of aluminum or white color.
